Get more visibility into your phishing submissions. For managed phishing customers, we’ve made some updates to provide you with more details. Not a managed phishing customer? We’ve also got a treat for you.


Expel Managed Phishing

More visibility

  • Email simulation submissions are now included in the phishing dashboard. They’re now part of the Submissions over time graph.  We’ve also added a response template to notify users it’s an exercise.
  • User reported emails now appear in the Alerts tab. To see all the email submissions in queue, click on All alert type and select Phishing submissions.

  • For all non-Managed Phishing customers, you’ll now see a new Phishing dashboard.  The dashboard is filled with sample data along with some guides to help explain more about the service. 

Getting started guides

The new customer support center is live! We’re continuing to add to the content and ways to surface up information to you when you need it. If you’re adding a new device, you’ll now see a link to all the getting started guides on the Security Device setup page.

Other enhancements

Incident notification

You can now receive notifications about incidents through OpsGenie. If you use OpsGenie as your alerting software, pop over to Settings in Workbench.  Select My Organization > Integrations. From there, add in your API key. Then update your notification settings, and you’re good to go!

Other fixes (and a few odds and ends)

  • Some of the hunting finding reports were missing key details. We made some edits and all the details are showing again.
